Recruitment of new team members happens year round but most specifically at the end and beginning of each semester. A rigorous training program has been crafted specifically by our team, for our team in Learning & Library Services. Retaining our employees from year to year allows us build a stronger program. During the first semester, the focus will be to orient you to working in the Learning Commons and understanding your strengths and developing areas of concern. During your second semester, you should be showing confidence and develop ideas about more specific areas of focus for your own personal growth and academic success.
