There are 3 rooms available for reservation in the Blue Devil Institute for Teaching & Learning. You may reserve the Remote Teaching Studio or Lightboard Studio up to 30 days in advance by clicking here. If you would like to reserve the ITL Collaboration Space please contact Tom Grady or Madi Smith via email with the date and time you would like to make a reservation. They will reach out to you within 3 business days to confirm your reservation.
Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance. Walk-in reservations will be confirmed at discretion of ITL staff. Spaces are only open when the Learning Commons is open. If you need access outside of normal operating hours you will need to make arrangements with ITL staff.
