Death Café provides students, faculty, staff and community members a judgement-free atmosphere to discuss death and a variety of topics related to this difficult subject. This unique discourse allows attendees to broaden their understanding of death and end-of-life issues, directly supporting a variety of programs and courses at KCKCC.
Death Café is an international movement that began, September 2011 in the United Kingdom and has spread to a worldwide audience, it is not a grief support group, but a group directed discussion about what many consider life’s last unknown, death. Students, employees, and community members are invited to attend to talk about death. Please stop by, drink some coffee or tea, eat some cake, and talk about death. Classes welcome.

We are excited to kick things off on September 2nd at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom. Be sure to drop in with some coffee, tea, and cake while we resume our discussions about life's last great unknown....DEATH!
